Takes too long to dry

The dryer may continue drying for up to an hour after cycle is done. It continues to re-start. Not sure if the continuous restart is a function of the wrinkle resistance or moisture sensor. I'd rather have it continue to dry than start and stop multiple times. Also, just overall the dryer is noisier than my 13 year old dryer which died :-(

Can't dry cotton tops that shrink in medium heat unless they are set on a delicate cycle. Also, the tune that is played when the cycle is complete is very annoying and goes on and on and on and cannot be turned off even if all directions are followed.

It has worked pretty well, but now the motor has gone out. And to top it off, we purchased the Best Buy warranty, which they have come back and denied the claim. Do not buy this product, but better yet, do not purchase through Best Buy. They will take your money and run.

I'm having quite a bit of trouble with the dryer. The senser is shutting the dryer off before the load is dried. I've tried the temperature side without the senser but I'm finding it still is not drying my clothes. I will give it another few loads before I call Samsung.

Was told it could dry a king comforter

Also, it's recommended use the Bedding Cycle to dry bulky items such as comforters, blankets, etc. for better drying results (see the cycle chart on page 35 in your user's manual: https://bit.ly/2naKqFk for more information).

At seventeen months, the heating element and the sensor stopped working. We called Samsung who walked us through a few troubleshooting steps and then referred us to a local repair service who offered to come out for repairs starting at around $250. We checked CR and discovered that Samsung Dryers have one of the worst reliability ratings. We purchased a new LG dryer and are having this one hauled away. While purchasing our new dryer, we heard similar stories of Samsung dryers dying at 1-2 years.
