The dryer took too long to dry clothes. Had to do 2/3 cycles.

This dryer is nice but it takes way too long to dry.

After having the dryer almost a year, I still really like this dryer. It fits in my space so much better than the front loading set I originally purchased. The dryer dries clothes well, though sometimes the sensors will think they're done before they're fully dry. I love the little tune instead of a buzzer or bell.

Best Buy was so bad. Customer service, management all in the toilet. They lie, they do not stand behind there products or there word. I do not do business with them. My company did and once again proved me right that Best Buy is incompetent......

The drier is great, after my order was "hard scheduled" three different times and no call no show.. I finally canceled the order and ordered from sears and they verified my delivery multiple times and showed up when they said they would...

I am on here reviewing now because I am shopping for a new dryer after this one died on me yesterday and I only purchased it May of 2016. Should have read more reviews and purchased protection.

Over priced dryer. The lint screen ripped in less then a week of owning it. Had to make a special trip into the store and they replaced it with the one from the floor model.

I have had this dryer 3 years and I have had a service technician out 3+ times. Well now my warranty is up as of 2 months ago it has completely stopped working.

I purchased this dryer, and the clothes never seem to get dry. I have to have it on Hot or put a lot of time in order for the clothes to get dry.

Dryer made it to the one year mark. Cue warranty expiration and complete dryer failure. Heat regulation is non existent, despite setting it to low it defaults to high. Noise between a squeak and squeal began quickly followed by the drum no longer rotating. Completely frustrated and laundromat bound.

Thank goodness we bought the 5 year protection. This thing has been broken 5 times in 3 years with weeks of down time waiting for service. The absolute worst appliance we have ever owned. And it's matching washer was junk too. I still have over a year and 1/2 left on the 5 year protection plan, but my wife has had enough!!! We are cutting our losses and buying a new dryer NOW!!

I’ve had this for a little over two years, I maybe use it once a week and the dryer is already going out and making screeching sounds

Bought November 2017. Also purchased Geek Squad protection plan. Factory warranty was 3 years. Drive shaft warranty for 10 years. After 3 1/2 years “dryer” will no longer “dry” and there is no warranty for heating element. Save your money on Geek Squad extended warranty, as it is worthless. Buy something other than Samsung.

Owned this unit for a few years. Not buying the protection plan was the worst decision of my life. I’ve had to tear this unit apart 3 times in the few years I’ve had it. Once to replace a belt, once to replace a tensioner, and once to replace the entire heating unit. Only a few hundred dollars if you do it yourself...but I shouldn’t have had these problems in such a short timeframe.

Worked fine for 5 years and not working anymore . Will need repairs .

I love my Samsung washer but dryer didnt work not once when we got it. Getting an exchange in 3 days

I purchased this dryer in 2016. In 2017 I had to have it replaced because it was unrepairable. My new replacement dryer broke down last month in 2018 (again only one year old). I was 30 days past my one year warranty and BEst Buy wouldnt repair. O had to pay 200 to have dryer repaired. The heating element went out both times..

does ok on normal clothes.but takes apx 90+ minutes to get comforters even close to dry.one took 150 minutes to dry.

Incapable of drying 12 clothes at medium heat. Had to run it the second time at high heat.

Wish I would have read reviews, now I will have to buy a new washer and not a Samsung.
