Short but not sweet

This Samsung dryer stopped heating just 10 months after purchase. My old GE dryer was over 10 years old and still worked great. Now I regret "upgrading" to a Samsung.

Usually, do not buy a warranty for items such as a dryer that should last several years. This was a poor decision on our part. I do not recommend buying any Samsung products.

Great dryer with easy to use settings

It was a great upgrade for us as our older set was pretty beat up. We love it so far. Many different settings that actually work. I put a comforter in there on the wrong setting and it didn't completely dry. Put another comforter in on the correct setting and it came out perfect. I know that's what it supposed to do but I'm coming from a set that just had temperature settings and length of time to dry for so you had to figure it out. The settings on this dryer makes it very easy to use. It is pretty quiet, holds a very big load of cloths, towels or linens, very easy to use and looks great. Another neat feature is that you can change the door to open either way which is great in the case that you prefer to have it on one side of the laundry room. Overall, this is a great dryer at a great price from a trusted name.

I have to put average loads on dry cycles multiple times. I can only imagine what my electric bill will be. I'm returning this piece of junk.
