Great washer and dryer

I was apprehensive due to my previous set being so loud. This set is quiet and very efficient. My Clothes are clean and I don’t have to hear the washing process. I would recommend this product to others.

After my first load, I noticed it did not seem to be drying anymore. I had purchased Geek Squad Protection and they came out to investigate. My heater unit had failed. It took a week to get the part but it was installed and is now working fine. While disappointing that a brand new unit failed in a week, it was quickly fixed at no cost to me. The dryer works great but the tech explained how the drying sensor works and my misread for a small load. The controls are good and easy to reach. You must read the manual to understand all the features. It takes a bit longer to dry things but it operates efficiently. Overall, I am pleased with it.
