This dryer is amazing, I first got an LG but it was horrible. Got this one and it’s been amazing. It’s so quiet and dries so fast. It’s the best!

We returned this dryer but not because there was anything wrong with it. We bought a washer at the same time, but failed to get the matching dryer. While waiting for the new delivery, we did use the dryer and it worked perfectly. The dryer is very quiet and worked as expected.

Great dryer, however heating element broke after 3weeks. Samsung service Dept took over a week to make an appointment for me. They were terrible. Service people were great. Best Buy was great.

This is a huge dryer, and it dries very nice. The only thing I don't like too much is the lint catcher. I can see some lint escaping into the hole where the lint catcher sits in. It's hard to get a vacuum nozzle in there to suck it out. Other than that, it's very nice!

This dryer works great. I love the happy tune it plays when my clothes are dry. It has plenty of features but isn’t confusing for me.

This dryer has many options. I like the way it lights up and cools at the end of cycle. Makes a sound which isn't too loud when finished. Nice size inside for alot of items.

My old dryer was taking at least 1 1/2 hours to dry any heavier clothes (e.g., towels, jeans, etc.). I couldn't believe that it takes less than 45 minutes to dry a whole load of heavier clothes. I would highly recommend this dryer to anyone.

Does what it is suppose to do. I am very pleased with the machine.

I've had the same washer and dryer for 10 years. I got it when my husband and I first got married so it was cheap and definitely nothing fancy. This washer/dryer is so fancy (for me anyway!) I absolutely LOVE it! I love that the washer doesn't have an agitator.

My dryer went out and I needed a replacement quickly. I was able to get into Best Buy and purchase the dryer and load it up. The dryer was a snap to install. The only issue I had was that I needed to look up how to wire the power cord on YouTube since the instructions were not that clear, but it was still a snap.

Our washer went out so we decided to replace both. My wife and I were please with the customer care given and the prompt answer to our question. Now we have a wonderful unit in our home that works great!!

This dryer is so easy to use and my clothes came out so neat. I really recommend this product to others.

Easy to operate. Door opens and closes easily. Has just enough features without having ones I would not use. Quiet.

No complaints. Lots of cycle options and plenty of space.

This dryer is great. A big step up from my old dryer. The different settings make it easy to customize how you dry different items such as bed spreads. It even has the option to change the hinge on the dryer door is you prefer it open from right to left vs left to right based on your laundry area. The only thing I was surprised by is that it doesn't have a dryer light that turns on when you open the door. My laundry is in the basement and it isn't very well lit so I sort of miss that feature from my previous dryer. Over all... Great product. Very pleased.

Nice dryer. Quiet. Runs well but I did have a load come out damp. I haven't had too long so hoping that doesn't happen again. Overall, I think it is worth the money but also glad that I got protection plan.

Works great, looks great, runs quiet, and has just enough bells and whistles that are not unnecessary. Also great price.

This dryer performs well. It is quiet, and the auto sensing features for drying clothes is spot on - everything dry when it says they are.

We like this dryer a lot. In addition to having many cycles and times and temperatures to chose from, it has a wrinkle prevent option that really works!
