The only thing I didn't like is losing the warranty if bestbuy didn't install it and installation isn't really free. All cost come from having to buy the installation kit. Why??? I already have all the equipment in place and the ability to do it.

This is a very nice dryer. It is quiet while it's running and does a good job with King Size comforters, although I had to run the cycle twice to get it completely dry. Other than that, it is great!

Plenty of options, but not too many!!! Very dry clothes and quick. Most of the time before the wash cycles!!!! my favorite is the lint trap its design is the best not allowing for anything to fall. It was the reason i chose this dryer over other models.

Dries well but plays a Jingle at the end of every load. A little irritating. Need to figure out how to turn that off. Maybe I'll read the manual when I get home. Technology! It's a dryer... Put wet stuff in and press start...

The dryer seems to be just great. The only thing I would do different is have the door reversed for use. Easy to operate. Like the controls.

Samsung is great no problems with it , I have had it for about 5 months now. the moisture sensor works good it turns off the dryer when clothes are dry without over heating your clothes. If you don't want the sensor on you can used timed drying

I have had this dryer for about 1 month so far, and besides a bad install from Best Buy (that their service team never fixed, I did it myself) the dryer works well. We have done about 20 loads of laundry with no problems so far. The top does dent if a little weight is put on it, so be careful there! Other than that the clothes come out dry and feeling fresh!

Love how this dryer dries faster than a load finishes in the washer! Quiet and use the wrinkle prevent setting often.

The initial dryer received was defective without heating. Called BestBuy and have it exchanged with a new dryer. Works great after receiving the replacement. Should have asked the installation team to check the heating before they depart. The alarm sounds like an ice cream truck - very fun.

This is a straight forward machine that is easy to use but has a lot of different settings for whatever you need. Plus it is big!

Really like this new dryer. It has several useful drying options that help with this normal chore...prevent wrinkles, mixed loads, and the quick dry cycle. Make sure to read instruction guide do you get the best results for your laundry.

Dryer has nice settings to handle from the toughest fabrics to delicates. Would not recommend drying your shoes in it as the door gets kicked open with agitation.

Easy to use, gets the job done! Even towels and blankets I used to have trouble drying are good after one cycle.

Love all the options you have for drying, especially the wrinkle free option. Woke up late & threw pants in dryer finished getting ready & when I was on the way out, stopped to get pants out & they were wrinkle free.

Have had this dryer for about a month. It does great getting everything dry and I love all the features.
