The dryer is very quick and quiet. It does not overheat and shrink my clothes. I love the sensor and energy efficiency of the dryer. It completely shuts off when clothes are dry.

Great mashing machine. Good upgrade from our basic model. We wish it had a light.

My old dryer died on me so had to purchase a new one but was on a budget. So I did a lot of research and this dryer came up. Now I've had this dryer for a few months now and it's great.

One pro would be how spacious it is, you can fit a bedding set comfortably. Con would be the sensor cycles. It doesn’t dry completely, it leaves the clothes wet. The timed cycles are better but they defeat the eco friendly purpose

We were looking for dryer immediately and got this one spending our extra budget. Would be the happiest if price was lower. The installation was quick and it works perfect. Easy operation and works great to dry out clothes.

Our 10 year old washer died unceremoniously right before Black Friday. The previous model, while long-lived was pretty bare bones and we decided we'd like something with a few more features, but not outrageously expensive. The Samsung models were on sale, and were recommended by the salesperson and after reviewing and comparing to other models on price/features v, we decided to go with them. My understanding is that these are the models that were recalled previously, but that newer models have the former issues corrected. I guess time will tell. So far, performance has been admirable. We can wash twice as much as our previous machine, with less water, and it comes out equally clean. I am rating 4 stars as after only a month or so in use, I can't make a "final" decision yet, but we have been happy with this model so far.

Were happy with this washer dryer combo. Very quiet. Only thing we would like to be able to do is open the dryer door all the way down instead of having the chute design.

First time Samsung dryer buyer. It matched our new washing machine, so it was a natural choice. It dry's nice and quick. It is a lot louder than the eight year old dryer that it replaced. Plus there is no interior light in the drum like our old one had. We really miss that! The lint screen is a lot smaller than our old one too. We have to stop it half way to empty it out to assist with the drying time. Our last complaint is that the drum is very deep. My wife needs to keep a stick next to the dryer in order to reach the far back if the drum to get out all of the clothes. Especially the small things like socks and underwear. Because of all that, she says that it has to go back.

As a mother of 6 laundry never seems to end. With this machine it has ended my all weekend long chore by getting the loads all done in a timely manor.

It's not super-quiet but quiet enough and the cycles do what I need. It drys things quickly and efficiently. What more can you ask? Hopefully it's durable and lasts a long time.

I love this item. I bought the pair both washer and dryer and haven't had any issues so far. Love that they're super quiet since I have a newborn in the home.

The dryer is very quite and have many options to dry and keep your clothes wrinkle free. The alert sound to notify you that your clothes are fine drying is a cute little tune.

This dryer dries clothes very fast! I love the fact that no matter how long the timer is set for, when the clothes are dry the sensor turns it off to prevent over drying.
