Only thing my wife doesn't like is there is no way to change the chimes when it's done. Also, it doesn't shut off on it's own and makes a noise to alert you the door is open. Minor things that I'm sure I could figure out if I took the time. None should stop you from buying.

Looked inside and there is a large and growing crack in the drum at the back, next to one of the ribs. Googled the Samsung dryer crack issue and it's a very common one, something that is not mentioned in Consumer Reports and similar paid reviews. Please check out the Samsung Community boards for this problem happening time and time again. Some have had luck getting the drum replaced outside the warranty period, others not so lucky. if you chose to buy this dryer, without exception, buy the extended warranty.
