Capacity of this dryer helps a lot

Our old smaller capacity dryer seemed to always leave part of the load if not all of it damp. This is a real improvement saving us a lot of time.

I would recommend this to a friend Electric to replace my gas dryer

This unit still works fine, but likely at the expense of more electricity and more cost than my gas unit. (my new home doesn't have a gas connection) Door is reversible, if needed. The moisture sensor just leaves the clothes over dampened. Not useful in our experience.

It would start drying then in about 1 minute would switch to cool down mode. I called and Best Buy replaced it quickly with no hassle. Needless to say the replacement Samsung is working great so far but sometimes I worry it may happen again but that's just nerves I guess LOL.

I do like that it has the same features as the washer so it is easy for me to use. However, after awhile, I notice that it doesn't dry as well as when we first got it. Maybe they just don't make machines like they used to?

The dryer is great, but the best part was the Best Buy delivery team. They delivered very fast and made a set up a breeze even with my difficult basement. Worth every penny.

Probably won'd last as long, but so far, so good. Especially like the wrinkle prevent and wrinkle release features. Wish dryer door weren't so low, cause basket won't fit under it.
