Service from Best Buy was great from choosing the product to installation. The installation team was honest enough to say I didn't need the new vent hose they require you purchase so I was able to return it. Dryer has been easy to use, like the moisture sensor so it extends or shortens the cycle as needed.

Samsung specialist helped me decide on this washer and dryer set with the guarantee that it could be returned at no charge within 30 days. Works as it should. Love the wrinkle release cycle since I manage to let clothes stay in the dryer for days.

I have been able to dry more towels at once then ever before.

Awesome unit and so glad we went with this model so far. Only had it since our house flooded from Harvey, but is working very well. The hardest thing about this unit is getting used to all the bells and whistles coming from a bottom line model.

My old dryer was fading fast, so bought this during the Black Friday sale. So far, it works great and does what you expect from a dryer. The notification chime is a little long and annoying, but that can easily be turned off.

Good drying in normal mode. Poor drying in eco mode.

We were replacing an old Roper dryer. This new Samsung dryer looks great. It does everything you would expect a dryer to do. It's spacious on the inside. I like the music it plays when it's finished drying. And the wrinkle release option works really well.

Our old dryer (13 yrs old) gave up the ghost at the worst possible time - of course. Went to Best Buy, found this one on sale, they delivered 2 days later - even hauled the old one away. Now our clothes once again have that 'new dryer smell.'

Works as expected. Not too noisy, that's even better

This is the first time we've had to buy a dryer as we've always had "hand-me-downs"...after 15 years we decided to grow up and buy our own this time :) We chose Samsung because of the name, we love their TV's so this was an obvious choice. Installation was easy, put in a new outlet for a new dryer. Very efficient and works well!

The dryer does so much better than my previous one. It has so many settings.I love the wrinkle guard. The filter is easy to access and clean.I would recommend this product to everyone whether its a large family or a single person.

Great dryer, lots of options and very user friendly.

Bought this dryer right before the Thanksgiving holiday. Love the features that it has. Such as: the sensor dry is great and can even lessen drying time that shows on the timer. Settings for bedding etc are very good
