This dryer is just over 2 years old and has had 2 major issues.

We’ve had this dryer for four months now. It does a very very good job. Very happy with it. I would definitely recommend this, the size is good, their selections are adequate, and it dries very thoroughly

Unlike the dryer this one replaced, it actually gets my clothes dry the first time around. The "alarm" that sounds when the clothes are finished sounds almost like a charming song rather than an annoying buzzer. I love it!

We are really pleasantly surprised by this dryer! Should have known it'd be great, being a Samsung product. Works well, very fancy digital controls with fun little jingles. Even the kids enjoy using it.

I’ve had this dryer for almost 5 years and I am just getting to where it needs to have some maintenance work done. All features work wonderfully especially the wrinkle prevent and drys large loads such as comforter sets as well.

Just used this for the first time. My one surprise was there is no light in the dryer. Luckily the room is well lit because the drum is deep and a light would make it easier to see into it. The dryer ran efficiently and the clothes came out fine on normal dry.

This is a good electric dryer for the price and it has 9 drying options which is nice. Most of the time the very dry option is required for a completely dry large load. Or drying times can be adjusted as required after becoming experienced with the appliance. Also timed drying can be used.

I so appreciate the top load and agitator less washer. The inside is large enough for a queen size quilt. It's quiet and does a nice job. The down side to this machine is that it takes much longer than my old machine to do the same size/types of loads.

This dryer does its job without fail. The only issue I've found is the sneaky lint trap. Make sure you're digging deep into it to get ALL the lint out. Other than that, we've had no moist clothes come out of this dryer.

This dryer does not stop until your clothes is dry! Even if the timer goes off it will still turn on a spin your clothes but with no heat it'll do that until you remove your clothes.

We installed the dryer, the directions were adequate to do so properly. We started using it that night and it has worked well since we installed it. Could not ask for anything more.

This dryer is simple and inexpensive and can dry bigger loads. I'm not a fan of digital anything, however no issues yet and I did purchase the extended warranty.

bought this with the "matching" washer. Its been reliable and i have no real complaints. I just wish it matched the washer... maybe have a window door to match? But that's shallow critique. It works wonderfully!

I am so glad that I have finally updated my laundry room to the 21st century. This dryeris a-ma-zing! So many setting choices. It literally washes anything! Very easy and intuitive to use.

The dryer is nice, but there are a couple areas for improvement. There are often damp clothes left after a single run through the automated cycles. The filter would be better with a finer mesh. The filter on my old dryer was easier to clean.

I did not need to replace my dryer but when I bought the washer I could not pass up the deal on the dryer. I converted my dryer from Propane to Electric and so far am enjoying it.

Clothes take no time to dry. Love the extra setting of the wrinkle care, if I forget my clothes are in the dryer. I just start the wrinkle setting and my clothes are wrinkle free in 10 mins.

I finally upgraded to the Samsung washer and dryer. The electronic controls are great. I haven't yet read how to add clothes without turning power off, but that is the only negative I can think of and that is my neglect. Love the cool music at the end of the cycle!

I always thought Samsung was a reputable brand. I have learned my lesson the hard way. The heating element went out twice on this dryer and it is less than 18 months old. Samsung initially told me they would cover the costs of the labor and repair even though the warranty was only for a year. They did not follow through with this promise. I will NEVER buy Samsung again.

GREAT DRYER FOR A LOW PRICE. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A DRYER THAT COOKS DINNER OR PICKS UP THE KIDS FROM SCHOOL, THEN THIS DRYER IS NOT FOR YOU. IT DRIES CLOTHES VERY QUICK AND HAS THE IMPORTANT CYCLES NEEDED.
