Wife could not be happier with the Samsung dryer. Sales person was very helpful, and had great knowledge about these products. We will return for our next appliance.

This appears to be a quality product and time will tell. I never did receive an inquiry about the delivery team-- who happened to be outstanding. I assume there is a program dealing with this and I would enjoy filling out a review of the gents who were here.

The low heat setting is only available on the delicate setting and I wish it was an option on the Perm Press setting. There is a whining sound from time to time on ours that would be an issue if it was on the first floor but in the basement it's not a problem.

The dryer worked excellent never had any issues with the dryer. Door was interchangeable and could be positioned either direction.

I was a little worried at first because, I wasn’t sure on which dryer get at first. But after talking to a few people. I’m glad that I did make this purchase.

Prior to Samsung we were using a Maytag. The Samsung electric dryer leaves our clothes soft, dry quickly and is an overall charmer for a dryer. A must have and we are so happy

I got the matching washer and the dryer works great. Nice little feature is that when the cycle is done, it periodically fluffs the clothes if you can't get to the dryer right away.

The dryer is probably a good dependable dryer, but not quite as effective as the old dryer it replaced. Biggest difference is that it sometimes requires more drying cycles to dry even delicates, which my older dryer took care of with little or no reruns.

I keep the setting on timed dry for 70 minutes and everything is dry. Wish the dryer hole was a little larger actually have to place the clothes in the tub ( I normally chunk them in) lol

A dryer. This thing makes happy beeps When it’s done drying your clothes. My husband and I both really love it and it seems to be gentle on clothes.

Very impress with dryer for the money. Went from front loader which you had to go through 2 cycles to dry our clothes this dries even before the cycle is done, Great product.

Dryer tumbles the clothes every few minutes after completion so as not to allow them to get wrinkled. It cuts down on my ironing time.

Really nice dryer. Not really different from any others though. It has different option when drying. It does however put off a weird smell when first used but after that it is fine.

Nice intuitive dryer. The dampness detection setting ensures that the dryer doesn't keep running when your clothes are dry and the wrinkle release option is a nice feature.

Works as expected. The only problem we had was the size limitation of the space we tried to put this in and the way the door swung open. Overall, a good dryer.

I loveeee this dryer! My family member has one that I was able to try out. When it was time to replace my dryer, I just knew this particular one was for me.

bought this as a house warming gift for our daughter and son-in-law. They are very pleased and have had not issues with the machine.

I've had to set this dryer on high because otherwise my clothes does not feel like they're fully dry. It's still an upgrade from what I had before, but for an energy saver, I don't see why I have to use more energy than normal to dry my clothes.

I bought this dryer not only because it matches the washer but because it has a wrinkle free feature . It is a good purchase
