Great washer for a family of 4

I love this model because I can fit both kids loads, blankets, towels, rugs, etc. It’s amazing. One concern was my height, being only 5’1” I thought I might not be able to reach everything in the top loader but I can, no problem.

Smart washer - no problems so far

It has a MoistureSensor, which significantly reduces drying time. The dryer also has manual time settings, which can be used if needed. I 've had the washer for 2 months and so far no problems. Couple of observations: on the smart settings, the dryer does not turn off completely. It turns on occasionally to "prevent wrinkles". I do not like this feature because I often wash/dry before bed and can hear the dryer go on periodically throughout the night. Also, this dryer is 'bigger' than my previous one so it takes up more space than I had expected. This is a problem because our laundry room is not very big.

Happy but.......

Only one disapponitment...no light inside the dryer. Was not aware at time of purchase thought all dryers had light. We will live without it.

The installer did not review with me or any one at Best Buy that there was going to be a problem with the installation. He just disconnected and reinstalled incorrectly. I will never purchase appliances from Best Buy. There has been no call back from Best Buy with an answer to the above.

Great Dryer

Large size is great for sheets and comforters. Works quickly, even when things get tangled up they still come out dry. Highly recommend.
