Each one would make a strange noise shortly after using it. The first one sounded like it was rattling from the side. The second started making a noise in the drum that was like a continuous "thump." While they were still operational, the quality of the dry sensor was poor as it would always say my clothes were dry when in fact they were still damp. Also there is no light inside the dryer but that wasn't a deal breaker. I decided against a 3rd try and went with a LG dryer, much happier with my choice!

However it seems to dry the clothes faster and more efficiently than our previous electric dryer. Well Built and I love the door. Being able to open from the top or from the side! No complaints so far! really love it.
