We are very happy with this Samsung dryer. Works great! The digital display is handy as it counts down the time until the load is finished. And the little melody that is played is nice too!

Our first dryer was leaking gas from in the drum, the maintenance company Best Buy contracted to come out was awful the guy told me it wasn’t leaking anything and it was just “new dryer smell”. DTE came out to check it and it was red sticker immediately, leaking up to 80%! Best Buy customer service was really great I had this dryer replaced within the week. Unfortunately, I’m not a huge fan of the dryer but it’s not a bad product. The sensory system inside is very sensitive and shuts itself off a lot. For any bedding you have to run the dryer on timed dry or else it senses everything is dry when only the outside of the bedding is.

Excellent product and great valu compared to the price! The 7.4 cu. ft. is ideal for a family of four with average dryer needs. The sales associates were very helpful!

This dryer is quiet to run. Has plenty of settings for your clothes. Only wish Samsung would have reset the gas line fitting so doesn't stick out the extra 1 1/2" .

Love this dryer, it definitely comes with all the bells and whistles. Has a setting for everything! Tons of alarms to let you know the dryer is done.

No problems whatsoever. Big enough to hold a King-Size comforter and dry completely! I love it. Can't wait to get the washer, when my old one goes.

Samsung dryer is an excellent product, it appears to be very well made with easy to use and read controls. Very quiet and am expecting many years of trouble free service.

I am happy with this gas dryer because it's not so hot that it shrinks the clothes like the old one. It's also quiet and the alarm is barely noticeable.

I came in and asked 'which dryer will dry in a low amount of time' and I'm pretty satisfied with this one. The time dry setting has 40, 30, and 20min options. I usually choose the 30min cycle which dries our clothes. The smart dry function works as well for larger loads or towels. It senses when the clothes are done drying apparently. It's also a quiet dryer which is nice. The prevent wrinkle option is nice too. It keeps the dryer slowly spinning after a load so the clothes don't just sit there. Good for when you're starting a load and running to the store or something.

Well after confusion about delivery. And other things. My new dryer was delivered the next morning. The delivery person called me and confirmed at what time they would be here. They showed up earlier which was really great. They wore mask and kept that distance as well. It only took them 15 minutes to take out the old dryer and bring in the brand new one. Best Buy customer service representative did apologize and made it right. He gave me a $50.00 gift card.

Filter snaps on 2 sides and lint escapes on 3rd side. No bell when clothes are dry. Wish sensor would automatically dry clothes w/o having to set dry level. OK for price. Suggest shopping around. Great service from Best Buy.

Had this dryer for over a month. Best buy delivered and installed it for me. No problem so far. Loved how this dryer holds 3 regular loads. I saved more time and money.

Does a nice job. Easy to use. Wish it had a "fluff-no heat" cycle or I would have given 5 stars. Then again I didn't notice this before I bought it.

does the job right, rings the clothes really dry so drying time is cut down a lot. good value and nice looking set if you get the matching dryer

Loving this dryere. I have reduced the number of loads in laundry I have to do weekly in half and no more trips to the laundry mat for my comforters.

After connecting this new dryer, we turned it on and could feel the blast of heat coming from inside. My first load dried in record time!!!

I did intense research and finally purchased this dryer with the washer. This dyer is so good. It dries everything super fast!

I recently bought Samsung washer and dryer from Utica Best Buy. My mom is really happy about it , very easy to use, perfect size

I gave it 4stars because it’s a great dryer. The only complaint is the sensor but once you get the hang of it you learn how to use the manual.

It works as advertised. I was a little apprehensive after the samsung recall on the washers, but this is nothing like that and works great
