    I've had this dryer for approx. 3 weeks and it's worked quite well! I'm satisfied. I, however, use it sparingly it dryer only the clothes, blankets, and towels that I produce. On one occasion, when using the damp dry feature, was I disappointed. My clothes were damp; the damp dry cycle was not enough (it took 3 damp dry cycles), so that was confusing. Overall, I'm happy with the product!

    Once I got a working unit I liked it. I had service out 3 times and they couldn't find a gas leak, then I had a new unit delivered and the problem was resolved. It would have been nice to have a more helpful responsive customer service experience. Everyone acts like it's such an inconvenience to help get an issue resolved.

    I purchased this dryer when it was on sale. It came pre-installer with the door hinged on the right, but it was easy to swap it around to the left, just had to unscrew a few items and switch sides. The dryer makes noises and have plenty of settings and buttons to press if you want to be specific on your drying.
