This dryer is amazing for the value. I purchased this during one of the holiday sales. Samsung has very reliable products. I love this machine has a moisture sensor and shuts off when my clothes are dry. No more wasting energy and "cooking" your clothes.

The first dryer that was delivered did not work. Best Buy replaced it with no hassle. Best Yet Installations did the delivery, problem assessment, and delivery of the dryer that worked. They were courteous, professional, and capable. They deserve all 10s,

If you are looking for a gas dryer, look no further! I didn't think we would love the automatic moisture sensor, but it seems to really be saving us time and resources drying even the largest loads. Would highly recommend this dryer!

Bought this dryer after reading many reviews. Love Samsung products. Only have one problem so far. The lint trap is cheap plastic and one side of the locking mechanism has broken. Not a big deal, just noteworthy. Otherwise, no problems after 2 months use.

Check clothing about half way through the cycle & clothes are dry. This is a consistent issue. For the price paid, you'd think Samsung could of added an interior light.

The dryer does a fantastic job, has a lot of options to choose from and the clothes come out wrinkle free. It has a nice chime upon completion of the cycle instead of an annoying buzzer. Very happy with this purchase and price from Best Buy.

we are still happy with it, but expected it to work a bit better on extra large loads, which it needs extra time. fine for large loads. maybe it us and we are expecting too much from a new dryer. i would still recommend.

I really do love this dryer. Our home sold right after I bought this and I almost bought a cheaper model so I can take this one with me but I didn't. I miss how great this dryer worked for the six months I had it.

Purchased this dryer new (9/15). Has worked fine until (6/19). The weld holding the drum together has failed causing the drum to separate. When the drum comes in contact with the wheels as it rotates, the machine makes a loud banging sound. A new drum is on a 4 week back order. Samsung will provide no assistance. When I contacted customer service and asked what i should do for 4 weeks, I was advised to be patient. Needless to say frustrations levels are high!

Good dryer, only got bc it came with gift cards and was told it was the best one on the market. Only thing i do not like it the dryer takes longer to dryclothes than my moms dryer which isnt energy efficient.

I love this dryer. This is the first Samsung I have bought and I love it. Took a bit to figure out the settings and how long to leave certain items in but once figured out I would highly recommend.

I changed my old whirlpool washer so after looking around I found this Samsung washer at the beginning I was kind of worry, but after 1 month of use it really fulfill my expectations

Great design. Looks like some history of recalls but was told rest assure it has been taken care of. With Best Buy's protection plan and how it has perform so far. We are very happy with this purchase.

Gas dryer works well, seems to dry faster than my previous dryer, I had to have gas dryer installed by someone else because Geek Squad could not install per laws. I really like the large capacity drum.

After waiting 1 month for back ordered dryer it is finally delivered and we are told gas shut off must behind dryer therefore it can't be installed. If we were told when we ordered it would have been ready when delvered

I have always been a Samsung guy and this does what it needs to do without being overly complicated. You hit start and it dries your clothes. Exactly what I want it to do!

We recently bought our first washer/dryer set at Best Buy. They have both worked very well; the clothes come out clean and the amount of time that it takes is very reasonable.

Our previous dryer was an expensive high end top loader. My wife and I find that going back to the traditional side loader really helps us avoid frequent lifting of heavy wet clothes. It was a no brainer.

At the beginning I have some problems because the installation that I had, once we pass that problem have been a great purchase as all the Samsung products!

GREAT PRODUCT AND BARGAIN !! I WENT TO THE OUTLET IN MORENO VALLEY AND THE PROCESS WAS TRULY EASY AND FAST. BEST BUY HAD A LARGE SELECTION TO CHOOSE FROM.
