After my gas dryer was installed there was a gas leak! The worst experience I've ever had.

Was very disappointed because I had to hire someone else to hook up to my gas line.

This washer and dryer are not suitable for a family. Yes, it may have a large tub, however, it does not clean at all. So beware. The top loader does not agitate the cloths enough, in order to break down the soap and/or dirt. Good luck.

Piece of crap!I have had this dryer for a year and half and has already broke! ANNNNDD they dont even sell replacement parts for it anymore! Ridiculous! Don't Buy!

none of the 'sensor' selections work. bedding shuts off within 2 minutes, others within 1 minute. still working on exchange w/Best Buy for another model. not happy with washer, either. condensation with every wash.

Sticks out in front of the supposedly "matching" washer and is also lower than the washer. Moreover, it is too light weight and bounces around a LOT! Thumbs down on this product.

This dryer had to be returned as it was not heating! This was a defect from the manufacturer!

Take several tries to get clothes dry. 3-4 hours average

Does a great job drying mixed loads without overdrying. Love the "Sanitize" cycle. It drys quickily and without as much nose as you'd expect.

I purchased this dryer to go along with my new samsung washer. Clothes come out dry all the time and the wrinkle prevent actually works as long as you do not let them sit too long after it stops the clothes generally do not need to be ironed (jeans, t shirts ,etc; ) obviously formal clothing would still need to be ironed.

I purchased this dryer after my old unit died. I love the large capacity this unit provides. I am able to dry large comforters with no problem. The moisture sensor works great. I no longer worry about my clothes being damp when the dryer finishes or heated for too long causing colors to slowly fade. Dryer has a lot of neat features, so take a minute to read the manual and familiarize yourself with the unit.

It takes 7 years for this product. Only once that i have a problem for this. It have a weird sounds every time it spins and that’s why we decided to change it. But overall for this product it’s pretty good to have this.

Terrible lint trap. It keeps breaking!! Very unhappy!! It has a flap that you lift open to get lint out of that area and it is made so cheap that it breaks after a few uses. It uses small tiny plastic pieces about the thickness of a toothpick or less and it just won't hold up to something that has to be opened and shut over and over again. It will never hold up. It's not rocket science to know that it isn't made to last. Samsung should create a new way of making this and give all customers who have one a new and improved version. The rest of the dryer seems pretty good, still now sure if it's drying sensor really works like it should as it takes a second round of drying for some things when it doesn't seem like it should. Don't understand companies that make a pretty good product and then use something so flimsy that you have to keep clean with every use. Not impressed!!!!

Dryer has a tons of features/options and I like the moisture sensor feature, but seems like it takes a long time to dry clothes. Plays music when it finishes which I thought was a funny feature. I had an old maytag dryer that this replaced which was about 15yrs old. That old dryer would dry the clothes in half the time.

Clothes are dried efficiently. The moisture sensor is a nice feature.

I bought this gas dryer to go with my washer. I loved both of them so much that I bought them for my parents when they needed a new one. Highly recommend.

I have now owned this dryer for a little over a year. At first it seemed to be a good, solid appliance. Now though I'm at the point that I'm considering buying a new one. The first issue happened about 2 months after purchase. The hinge pin on the "door" of the lint trap broke off. The door is plastic as is the rest of the trap and the pin is nothing more than a little nub that the door pivots on. Subjected to a lot of heat and many heat/cool cycles one of the pins broke off. The door can still be used and will stay in place, but it should have been built better. Every time the trap is removed you have to be sure the door doesn't fall of and into the exhaust of the dryer. Now the idler pulley for the belt that drives the drum is squeaking. I understand that mechanical failures occur, but considering the sad state of affairs that is our matching washing machine, I'm not surprised. Just like with our washer, I can't believe I'm considering buying new appliances after just over a year (and it won't be Samsung if I do).
