Love this set! Works really well and it sings when the cycle of finished!

Great machine, very efficient and take care of my clothes

After carefully reading the manual (a must) I successfully did 1st time small load. No problems and washer did an excellent job! I was leery at first because of some extreme negative consumer reviews. I think the negatives are a result of no familiarity with HE washers and/or not carefully following directions in the manual. It is extremely important that the wash load is balanced and items evenly placed in tub. I am looking forward to future washing success.

Great dryer but... it has no drum light so it has 7.4 cubic feet of darkness. other then that it's awesome!

One of the Felt Seals came out after 3 years of normal use. The Felt Seal is NOT a replaceable part in these Samsung dryers. You will have to replace the whole drum (will cost you ~ $350!) if you want to replace the Felt Seal. This is ridiculous!

Love the large capacity and the wrinkle prevent function.

This dryer was OKAY....nothing great when it was working correctly. We noticed it would take multiple cycles at times to get the clothes dry. Today, 15 months after we purchased, it appears the sensor has failed. I do the NORMAL dry and it shuts off after 2 minutes. Samsung will not help either. Now I have to use TIMED dry for every load. So upset with Samsung quality and service.

So i turned fro Maytag brand to Samsumg. What a mistake. Bought Samsumg dryer 6 years ago and its no longer heating.

I will start by saying that my family has many Samsung electronic products and have loved them through the years. I have had this and matching washer for 1.5 years. Surprisingly, the washer still runs but I will mention there is a leak in the fabric softener chamber which if I use, will completely dump onto the clothes in the washer before I even shut the lid. Naturally, 6 months after the warranty, the dryer stopped blowing hot air. We thought it would be an easy and cheap fix. We have replaced multiple parts including ignitor and the control board without success. (Yes, we cleaned out venting as well). Wiring somewhere within the dryer is the problem and I refuse to put any more money into this big, metal piece of garbage. Save your money-stick with brands such as Whirlpool and LG that are KNOWN for their washers and dryers.

I been owning this dryer for 2 years in which this week the dryer has given up on us! First it will not dry the clothes properly in which times I will have to put it on manual dry to get it properly dried. Second if you put comforters or bed sheets it will take about 3 times to get them properly dried! At the beginning the dryer was solid; did its job; then started to make screeching sound when the drum will spin to dry. It got worse and worse until it just stopped spinning! Instead of fixing it I am considering to replace it.

Delivery Team refused to "Professionally Install" new Dryer even though this additional service was paid for. They said that I needed to replace on/off gas valve which was not required nor stated as a condition of Installation. I installed and now am trying to haul away old Dryer. BB created this additional problem that I did not need. This removes BB from my list of acceptable vendors.

This dryer is noisy! It does not dry all of the clothes and we often have to throw away clothes becasue they smell burnt after drying. For this price, there are many other better options.I am going back to buying GE products.

Lasted 6 years and locked up, every year i has to replace the rollers and bushings wouldnt recommend

Five years old and the drum belt is coming detached. Leaving melted rubber on clothes.
