While this dryer is aesthetically pleasing and it actually does dry clothes, it is quite noisy. Make that extremely noisy! (It sounds like a gasoline lawnmower when it starts) Add to that, of the 12 predetermined settings, only two or three actually let you control the temperature (low/medium/high) the others aren't of much real world use. I thought it would actually dry my clothes until they were dry and then stop which my old one did. I wish I had the old one back, actually.

It takes a lot long to dry clothes than I thought it would. Well over 1 hour and 20 minutes to dry a medium size load of clothes.

I have been using this for 2 years but it doesn't dry as well as it use too. Do not use the eco function it really prolongs the drying function but it automatically turns on so you have to remember to turn it off

Purchase, delivery and set up went smoothly and timely. Handled very professionally. However, it stopped working in the middle of the drying cycle within the first 30 days. Samsung service line to trouble shoot the problem was useless. Best Buy referred me to Samsung service. The earliest Samsung could get an authorized local repair company to come look at the dryer was 8 days. I consider that poor customer service given the timing of the breakdown in relation to the purchase. I have no confidence in the product or Samsung. Appropriate customer service would have made repair a priority (within 48 hours) and/or providing a replacement or refund.

Really nice looking dryer but after about a week the sensor in the dryer kept stopping my loads after like 3 minutes. It’s happened on several different occasions now.

This dryer does the job. It takes longer to dry than run a load of wash. So the loads never match up like my old set. Scratches easily.

I love this dryer, and all the different settings. Not for a beginner. I received mine with a huge scratch on the door, which bothers me immensely. We are a large household, and I don't have time to wait on another. The woman that installed it took a picture and sent it in and I've called many times, and no one calls me back. That is very bad for business.

Sometimes has issues drying clothes all the way even on higher heat cycles and causes you to run the dryer a couple of times

Twice as long as previous dryer. It is, however, really good looking.

Maybe we got a defective dryer or we are using the wrong setting but it's taking 2 hours for sheets and a small blanket and towel to dry. And that basically with every load, no matter what setting or the load in the dryer. Thinking about sending back to bestbuy along with the washer!

Nope! DO NOT BUY this unless you want to constantly re-run loads to get them dry. The sensor function is great in theory, if it worked. If one clothing item is dry apparently it thinks the whole load is good and shuts it off. Then you’ll never get it to dry on the standard setting. Also can’t tell you how many times I’ve started loads only to come back and they never actually started. Not sure what’s going on there but that’s extremely annoying. Save the money and get something less annoying. Lesson learned.

The settings dry the clothes too much or not enough

Salesman convinced us to buy two items out of box. Said they didn't fit so a customer brought them back. Never used! The washer had water coming out of it when we loaded it on the truck, dryer had lint in the basket when we got it home.....he made a sale though!!!
