    I thought with this dryer being bigger than my last it would dry quicker. No it takes twice as long as the programed settings. This set is a waste of money.

    Don’t buy a Samsung, my dryer rattles like crazy and takes forever to dry a load of clothes. You have to always turn of “eco dry” and manually set it to extra dry and then you still have to do another couple of minutes after it finishes. Samsung care said I should clean the sensors with alcohol wipes but literally this was after using it for a week so I’m not sure how dirty the sensors could have been. Just don’t buy Samsung appliance they are good a screens but every appliance professional will tell you stay clear of them wish I would have done more research

    Not even two years old and it’s rusted inside

    It’s not even 2 years old. Was deliver Nov 2018 and my washer is rusted on the inside. The lock is broke. And I get 4 different error codes and it leaks from the bottom. Most times it won’t finish a cycle and the clothes are left wet inside the drum. I will never buy another Samsung. I’m very disappointed and would recommend no one buy this. Their CS is horrid. They don’t care about their customers just the money.

    I love the washer but this dryer just hasn’t performed like it should for the price and hype. I have to run the dryer twice to get clothes dry sometimes the sensor always leaves wet clothes so then I have to run it on time dry to make sure it’s done then things get over dry and static is nuts :( let down

    After one wash, there was dirt in the bottom of the tub. After the second and third washes, same thing. I purchased the matching dryer which left my clothes damp to wet after a 1-hour heavy duty cycle. They were returned. Incidentally, unless you're 5' 10" or taller, you'll need a step stool to reach the bottom of the washer tub. O

    Wish I had returned this but being a busy single mom my timeframe passed me by. Wow this thing takes forever to dry! Do not buy it!!! I have to run it 1.5 hours just to dry 10 shirts. My power bill is up due to my dryer that just flat out sucks. :-/

    Brought in 2020 during pandemic. The motherboard went out in 2022 and of couse it was out if warranty!!!! It is crap!!!

    This is the worst dryer. I have spent 4 hours trying to dry one full load of clothes and have tried to use all different settings. The capacity size means nothing.

    Just shy of 2 yrs and it started smoking. If we did not unplug or have walked away after hitting start, there could have been a house fire.

    This washer just got delivery to us a year ago today and when I started washing clothes today it is making a loud noise when it starts to wash and during the wash cycles.

    This is a good dryer, and has many options. I do find myself using the time fry most of the time, because any of the other settings just don’t dry the clothes enough. Because of this I also downsize the washer load sizes so I’m not drying for hours, which is annoying because half the reason we bought this set is to wash more. I also feel like the lint trap could be designed to work better. But when it does what it should, it works effectively.
