I bought these both based on reviews and word of mouth from friends. They did not disappoint! The dryer is very efficient, dries clothes in a shorter amount of time, and there are many temperature settings to optimize the drying and to ensure that your clothes do not get damaged.

My wife and I have been looking at this washer and dryer for awhile. So happen to luck up and found them as an open box sale. The exact color that we wanted. Very user friendly, doesn't take up much space. Very quiet when it runs... Only drawback, wish it had smart wash capability....

I've had it for a month and it's awesome. But we all know that appliances are gauged by their longevity and reliability. Hopefully, this lasts for 10+ years. So far, based solely on a month of good performance, I would recommend this. I paid $649 and feel that it was worth it.

Bought this dryer when it was 40% off full price. It has a lot of options that are useful. One thing not related to the product was I paid to have it delivered and installed and the delivery people made up some BS excuse to get out of actually installing it.

it is a good product. large size. efficient. before the first year ends (warranty) the steam nozzle melted and the starts damaging some of my clothes, Samsung customer service where excellent and efficient. they gave me the option to replace it or refund the money.

Machine usually dries well on the proper setting. Sometimes I have to run on the timed dry for an additional 20 mins if I don’t take laundry out right away to fluff & fully dry because my basement is humid. Looks great & I like the bedding options.

I love this dryer especially since you can change the settings of the heat. The only negative thing is that when you put too much items to dry it will stop when they are still damp. Then I try to turn it back on and it will sensor off a minute later. So I just try not to over stuff it.

Maybe 4 1/2? Dryers is louder then the LG dryer I replaced but works well. The eco setting (annoying) are taking some getting use to as well as the racket (chimes) it makes when you open it. Haven't looked to see if it can be programmed differently but will when I have time.

Overall, it’s a great dryer, but don’t try drying blankets or comforters if you want it completely dry in the center. I do like that it saves energy by stopping when it senses that the laundry is dry......except for thick bedding.

There are some great settings on this dryer, it looks great, and the lint trap has this cool flap on it that keeps the lint from dropping into the lint trap area. Works great, I have had no issues in the year or two I've had it so far.

Sometimes the sensor dry doesn't detect moisture for bedding, usually large comforters. I have to remove the bedding and put it back in on timed dry for 20 minutes. It seems louder that most dryers. I haven't used the steam clean function.

I was so excited to get this dryer bc i knew it would match my laundry room perfectly. It’s absolutely HUGE so i can was so many clothes in one cycle and it’s get the clothes spotless love it

Not only does it look good but its quite clothes are always dry LOVE the options availble. The steam function is new for me only have used a couple of times. It was good. Im happy with my purchase.

This dryer is everything. Only thing to know is the steam option will only work with a decent sized load. If you only put one item in it will just come out soaked. It is an excellent appliance though!

This dryer has many features that allows the user to customize settings to meet the user's needs. One great feature is the moisture sensor. This allows the dryer to detect when clothes are dry and will adjust the drying time accordingly so as not to continue running when clothes are dry.

Dryer has many settings which are easy to use. Have not found how to turn off the music played when the cycle is over, but it was easy to set up and has some other features like the steam that I cant wait to try. Works well.

We love our dryer but probably needed to ask the installer to switch the direction of the door - its on the wrong side. The dryer itself is amazing, works well and love the functionality as well as the look itself.

We went to a couple of different places to look for a new washer and dryer, the main reason we decided to buy at Best Buy was because of our sales person, she was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, we appreciated that and made our purchase there

Very Good Dryer. But EcoDry option is not useful as the dryer keeps running for hours and hours. I don't think the Power Saving option is not something we can believe when the dryer keeps running for more than 2 hours.
