It turns on but fails to spin. Warranty is only covered for 1 year. Now I have to buy a new dryer, which sucks because I bought the washer as a set and now Im thinking of buying a different brand dryer because its sad to see a dryer fail in 2 years and calling a service to troubleshoot and fix is almost the same price as purchasing a new one.

Rolls my king sized blanket into a ball in one minute. Will then dry the outside of the blanket in another 2 minutes, then shut off saying dry. I literally have to stand there and unroll it, put it back in the dryer, and turn it back on, over n over, while continually fighting the dryer to keep it on because it keeps saying it's dry. Put it on time dry, high heat, and it barely gets warm. Try heavy duty, high heat, runs for a couple minutes and says it's done. Tried sanitize, it's gets hot, but still only runs for a few minutes and stops cause it says it's dry. HATE drying blankets in this thing!

Drying time is tricky and more often than not we have to set it again but that could be user error. It has a sanitizing feature which is nice. A little disappointed because aesthetically it doesn’t match it’s recommended washer.
