    Bought the washer and dryer and absolutely love them both. The only problem is the quick wash does take approximately 45 min, I wish that could’ve been around the 30 min mark. However, it still gets a 5 star.

    I like the energy efficiency. One issue Samsung could upgrade is the lint trap, unfortunately, it doesn't keep the lint from going into the vent and is a mess when I pull the lint trap out.

    We had bought the Samsung washer that goes with this a few weeks ago. We love both it and the dryer. The settings are easy to use and they both function smoothly with no problems amid pretty heavy use. Glad we switched from GE. Best Buy was perfect in handling the sale and delivery and installation.

    Really love this dryer. Only took off one star because SOMETIMES when I dry my clothes on the "normal" setting, they come out still damp. Of course, I could adjust the temperature higher, but the dryer is supposed to be sensor dry. I just give the clothes another short cycle when this happens and its fine.
