Although I did have to restart 1 load of bed linens that were still damp, but I believe it should have been switched to the bedding setting not left on normal. Still think the "sensor dry" shouldn't have let it stop with them still damp.

Great features, easy to use and works great! The delivery and installation team were top notch!

We weren’t looking for anything super special but we like the sleek design & that they’re black. Great fit. The washer has a Ub code when the spinner is uneven & dings until it is corrected. It does fall off balance pretty easily but does the job for us.

I’m thinking maybe I should have gotten a gas dryer. It works don’t get me wrong just things take longer to dry. Oh I haven’t bought a dryer in a while so also I didn’t know this doesn’t come with a power cable. You have to buy that separately.

I have had some instances where the clothes aren’t fully dry after a cycle or only some are fully dry based on thickness. I have been messing with the many different setting options to try & correct that.

I also find it strange that the Low temperature setting is impossible to use with any of the preset dryer modes and can only be used with timed dry. Overall, works well for the money.

Unfortunately my washer was midly damaged in delivery, but Best Buy was great about it and offered me a gift card which I feel was adequate for the minor amount of cosmetic damage.

Can fit a King size quilt coverlet without issue and it washes bulky items well. Quiet machine.

The door opening is a little awkward but maybe takes getting use to. Takes longer to dry towels than I thought it should but otherwise, it is a decent dryer

Thank you for reaching out. It saddens us that your Electric Dryer takes too long to dry your towels, and we can see you're concerned.
Please ensure the dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain other cycles but will extend the length of the cycle, potentially up to 3 times as long. Depending on the load size and temperature setting. One of the ways it does this is by beginning the cycle without using heat. Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature. Please link below.

Advanced but simple to use

The dryer has all the bells and whistles and works so well. The dryer lint catcher is a bit cumbersome to open up each time and takes a bit of getting used to.

Wash cycles do take longer than they have with other units but nothing that ruins a planned day or anything. Just start a little earlier than you normally would??

We mainly use the “delicates” setting so we don’t have to hang up every nice shirt or dress we have and it works perfect. Very quiet & I can run it while my 3 y/o is sleeping.

A lot more quiet then our 6 year old dryer we had. We were able to pick this up on sale/totaltech pricing of 569+tax. Install was quick by the delivery team.

It also dryers our clothes so fast and sometimes doesn’t require the full time it says. (Ie: normal dry 50 minutes)
