My only complaint is maybe go a size a bit higher as it seems like the amount of clothes you can wash with the pair unit doesnt really seem to add up to the available space in the dryer. And it seems that sometimes that "auto" dry features dont fully dry things.

This was on my daughters dryer. She has 4 kids and does at least 1 load every day. There was not a service rep in our area and so we got credit voucher for price of the old one and only paid difference plus protection plan for new one.

Everything worked fine and then out of nowhere one day I got a dC error code. The door seems to be working fine but the code won’t go away. Now I got to pay for a repair technician to fix this problem. Samsungs measly warranty is only 1 year also.

No matter how big or small the load is they never dry completely. I washed a king sized quilt and had to use 3 cycles (tried 3 different settings) and none got the quilt totally dry. Literally spent all afternoon drying one load. I’ll be returning this if I can
