    Customer service was horrible. Damaged items delivered twice and when I emailed/ called the manager no response. I would not purchase these items from this company.

    Died after 16 days, exchange is only good for 15 days, luckily they still are replacing it. I'll review again when the replacement is here for a few months

    I hate this dryer. It broke within the first month of purchase. Had to be fixed more than 3 times within a month and a half.

    I bought this dryer, it was sent to me with deep scratches and paint chipped off the entire top edge. Only thing they offered was 10% back or return. They would not replace it.

    Do you buy a dryer to dry your clothes? Then this isn’t the one for you! I’m at a loss on why this is a dryer because it only spins the clothes and doesn’t dry them. If I could get my money back I would. If I wanted to waste my money I would gamble it at a casino. On a side note the installation team didn’t even connect the dryer vent and the flexible duct doesn’t fit at all. Purchased on 11-15-2020 and had it installed on 12-12-2020.

    I purchased this product because it matches the wash machine and I absolutely love the washing machine. However, this dryer fails to keep up with the washing machine it does not dry on my clothing or blankets all the way. The sensor on it is not working adequately and I have actually had to request to get a brand new dryer. I’m really hoping that the dryer is just defective and that my new one will work properly otherwise I will be returning it and will never buy a Samsung again

    Didn't have a hole cut out in back, so I had to cut a hole out myself and then use tape to tape up hole with was extra big, don't buy this

    Love this washer!

    I have had this washer now for 1.5 years and I feel like I can accurately review it. All products normally are perfect at the beginning, but after consistent use over a period of time is when you REALLY know it. The washer has worked GREAT! It cleans my clothes, leaves them smelling food. Absolutely love all the features and setting it has, depending on what type of clothing / bedding / material you are washing. I tend to stay with the ECO settings, lower amounts of water and it works perfectly well. Highly recommend! Wish I could upload pics but the upload function isn’t working on my end
