    Low drying capability for large loads

    Low performing dryer. The bedding setting did not work well. Comforter was still damp in the middle after using that setting so had to add extra time. Not suitable for larger loads

    What a waste of money

    This dryer is terrible. My extremely old dryer worked much better. The only way to get anything dry is to put it on a timed setting for at least an hour. Sometimes you end up hanging certain clothing items, because the dryer simply will not work. Sensor dry is a joke and all these fancy features amount to nothing.

    Samsung dryer

    Terrible dryer! Had it for 10 months and it quit working. First it smelled like burning plastic then it stopped heating. Repair guy replaced heating element and control board and still nothing!! He said to never buy Samsung appliances! Warranty is replacing it but I’ve been without a dryer for almost 2 months! Not happy!!!!

    Worked fine when working, but stopped heating two weeks after install of brand new unit, then had to wait two weeks for repair technician to come out.

    Not the best dryer

    Washer works GREAT! The dryer on the other hand has not been working right since the day I got it. I cannot use any other settings except for time dry and it has to be set for 1 hour to ALMOST dry my clothes. The sensor drying settings don’t detect is my clothes are wet correctly. It just stops thinking my clothes are dry and they are very damp. Ugh very frustrating

    Needs repair much to quick

    Dryer worked fine up until a week ago. Currently less than 6 months out of warranty and is making a loud noise when spinning and is moving out of its location more than it used to. The 1 year warranty on this product shows a complete lack of trust in there own product. Maytag offers up to 5 years on there products. I probably will not own another samsung W/D combo again.
