Whenever the so called sensor is used the load ALWAYS is damp. I recently spent almost 2 hours drying a sheet and a shirt. Best Buy will not take it back

Also, it would be nice if the door opened downward and not to the right. We are all worried that we might break the door when we take the clothes out. Automatic settings are usually not enough to dry the load completely.
