Seems to be a good dryer. LOTS of settings. Maybe too many.”, but options are nice. Mostly I just use timed dry since a lot of the presets lock you into using certain temperatures, etc. A bit concerned about the longevity of the buttons. I have had this style of button wear out before and you have to push them multiple times to cycle though the settings. Once you make certain selections you are kind of locked into those settings unless you go back to the beginning. I have had quite a few times where I select timed dry, (3 button presses) chosen a time and then remembered I didnt didn’t change the heat setting to low. Once you have moved on to the next bank of settings if you want to change one in between, you sort of have to start all over. Especially once you press start. I know that was confusing but basically just be prepared to press a lot of buttons. All in all I like it though, just a few annoying quirks.

Dryer works well and is more efficient than the unit it replaced. Best Buy has plenty of room for improvement regarding their communication and logistics, but Samsung is a solid choice in laundry.

Love this washer/dryer set. We had the same ones previously and they worked wonderfully for over 2 years no issues.

Easy to use and many functions available for drying clothes. It has options for refreshing clothes that are used but not quite dirty, wrinkle away, and many others making it a versatile option for your clothes.

This dryer has worked well for me so far in the first two months. I like the internal lighting to make sure I don't miss any small items. the dryer can be a bit noisy but overall it works well and is easy to Operate

Large capacity dryer that has steam technology to help eliminate wrinkles. Louder than expected but dries clothes effectively as long as it’s not overloaded. I purchased it with the matching washer, love the graphite carbon color.
