Love how big a load you can do. Saves a lot of time and no issues so far. Can free up some extra family time on the weekends.

I bought both Washer and dryer 4 months ago. ..so far, I haven't had any issues with the dryer. But the washer machine.... be sure to see if you have enough water pressure in your house. Bc Samsung does not tell you this, the water pressure sensors in the washer machine is non adjustable! That's right, if you have bad pressure, this thing attempts to fill your drum.. then throws a 4c code and dumps all water out! Samsung will not help you out on this bc " this isn't the machine fault it's how it's designed" and im now stuck with a washer machine that isn't very useful for its price.

Absolutely love this dryer. Ive had no issues. I would recommend it to anyone.

The dryer is very quiet. The sensing dry sometimes stops it to soon.

It’s big enough for a king size comforter. So far so good. I don’t try the steam option yet.

Versatile with Lots of settings. Great for steam sanitizing if you have toddlers running around. Easily change which way the door opens.

So easy the kids work it too! We love it! My Mom even brings her comforters over to wash.

This dryer is great overall. However, when purchasing this item, be sure that you pick up the steam hose as well. It doesn't automatically come with and a normal hose won't be enough for you to utilize the function (the representative told me this during install.) I will say the time it takes to dry on normal heat is a little longer than I was expecting, but if you put it on high, they are done in no time. The light doesn't stay on while getting stuff out of the dryer, but there is a button you can press to enable it for a few minutes.

Very pleased with this purchase. The dryer does what it is supposed to do and has all the bells and whistles.
