    YES, I LITERALLY WOULD LITERALLY WANT TO HAVE BEST BUY REVIEW AND CHECK ON THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS UPON DELIVERY. THE DELIVERY OF THE ITEM WAS HORRIBLE. THE DRIVER AND OR HELPER WS VERY RUDE TO MY FATHER AND HAD TO REMIND HIM THE DRIVER/ INSTALLER TO CONNECT THE PROPER WATER CONNECTION TO THE HOT AND COLD. AND ALSO, THE EXHAUST VENT WAS NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED AND HAD TO PLACE AN ELBOW TWICE OR X2 ON TO THE DRYER UNIT. ACTUALLY, IT SHOULD BE CONNECTED WITHOUT AN ELBOW AND WITH A LONGER FLEXIBLE EXHAUST VENT.

    Very nice washer and dryer with a lot of cycle options. Definitely like the steam cycles on both and the moisture sensor on the dryer especially.

    The dryer seems to work great. The steam wrinkle setting seems to just get the clothes wet then drys them. But seems to work.
