Works decent with small, light loads but has always had issues with large heavy loads like towels, sheets, etc. Now it won't even finish a washing cycle. Keeps shutting off and restarting. Gets a "UB" or "UR" code all the time. Don't waste your money on a Samsung Washer. Absolute trash.

After installation I ran some 10 loads over 3 days and was very happy with the overall performance and apparent energy efficiency. I have only used the steam function once - to do some pillows that are generally hard to get clean, and it did a fantastic job, but it does take some time, like well over 2 hours, to run with that option. One of the options that intrigued me is you can have from 1-5 rinses, I can't imagine needing 5 rinses, but some might find that very useful, me I am happy to be able to have one or two, and maybe 3
