It was 1 week after our 30 day warranty expired so Best Buy wouldnt do anything other than to say we should call Samsung directly. We called Samsung it was going to be two weeks for them to show. I did some research and found out that this dryer stops if the vent get clogged. I looked at the vent and found it was not attached to the dryer anylonger. Once i reattached it, everything starting working well again.
