Very energy efficiency. Will not over dry your clothes.

The dryer works as expected. The install went well.

Dryer works well. I have had a little glitch with Best Buy service. They delivered dryer with door positioned on the wrong side. It's been over a month trying to get a service appt. for them to fix the dryer door. My advice - make sure you confirm which way you want your dryer to open - BEFORE IT IS DELIVERED.

Great dryer. HATE that you can not mute all of the sounds. Whorls be 5 stars without all of the sounds. The engineer that added these sounds should be forced to listen to them 24/7.

Dries great in the first run! Plus, it's beautiful!

Works great. Love the easy to access and clean lint filter screen and the musical chime alerts and settings. I however had to have s plumber install the dryer. Best buy installers are not good,dependable or professional.

This has been my worst purchase at Best Buy. There is no light in the dryer. It is loud and inefficient. I tried to return it and because I was 18 days from the day I purchased it I was not allowed to return. I called customer service to try to get it repaired they wanted to charge me to come and fix my dryer after owning it for 18 days complete disappointment.

Loaded with settings choices, a great price point, and the option to install the door on the right or left. I’m loving this Samsung. It even matches the Samsung washer I bought a couple years back, so that’s a nice plus, as well.

Bought the washer dryer combo and I am not disappointed. Replaced an older set of Frigidaire front loads that we’re having issues. Samsung is a great value for the price. Tons of features and easy to use!

The dryer is huge and yet sometimes the dryer does not dry the clothes all the way and have to run it again.

I love the finish of the washing machine, looks elegant. It doesn’t not make loud noises when cleaning and has multiple options on what kind of dryer setting you need. The glass door on the front of the machine seals the deal for my wife.

Features with price point we're about right. Standard drying cycle doesn't quite dry everything and needs a few more minutes. Had to swap door's opening direction and was relatively easy.

The techs were quick to realize I ordered the wrong dryer and made the process so easy! They never took the dryer off the truck and even called in to help me with the cancellation and formal return.

I’ve had this dryer for almost a year and so far no problems. I have no complains. I really love the wrinkle free mode, it helps a lot when you don’t have time to iron a shirt.

DO NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT THIS DRYER DOES NOT HAVE A LIGHT INSIDE..MAKES SEEING YOUR CLOTHES HARD AS IT IS BLACK INSIDE..DUMBEST THING EVER

Works fairly well, sometimes on "normal" dryness level, clothes are left a bit damp. A little adjustment of settings cures this issue. Decently priced dryer.

Initially I was not impressed by this item, but as I learned to properly operate it, it’s grown on me and l love it! Old school, welcoming new school!!

Doesnt dry. Takes all day (4+ rounds) to dry one load if clothes. Tried different settings and each one wont get the load fully dry. It dhuts off because it’s “smart” and can “sense” the clothes are dry. Great. One piece if clothing is warm. Remainder is damp so deyer thinks thats good enough. Wish I could return it.

I bought an electric one in December last year and moved into a new home where there is only gas. So we bought another one

I had to replace an existing dryer. This one works great, but it was not as big as the other one I had (9.0 cu). The drum is not stainless steel either.
