There is quite a learning curve to use this dryer. My problem with this appliance as with any modern appliance is its longevity. My last dryer didn't even last 5 years and I don't expect any better from this product. If the manufacturers want better ratings, they have to make a longer lasting product. Also the power cord was so short that I had to relocate the electrical outlet so I wouldn't have to use an extension cord.
