Will not dry completely

Guy from Best Buy says it’s because a lot of the time the eco dry button is on which means they would leave the clothes damp enough to air dry after. I make sure that button is not on and have tried everything. I put it in the highest setting for drying and the most time I can. I’ve also tried every setting to the point that my clothes can be in the dryer for 3 hours up to 4 and still damp! I’ve split the clothes in there to put a small amount of clothes in there and I shouldn’t have to do that because I bought a large capacity dryer for a reason. Not very happy with it since the clothes start to smell from being damp and being in the dryer for long and I always end up having to rewash everything.

Dryer is an OK performer...

The self-install was fairly easy. But it does not appear to dry thoroughly in one cycle. I often have to run larger items like large towels twice (or more) to get them dry. I adjusted (shortened) the vent hose, check for blockages, etc., and it is slightly better, but still not quite satisfied with it. I'm thinking it might be just me, so giving it a bit more time. I would not recommend this at this time, but may if I find out the issues are operator error.
