The only problem I had I needed to change the door to open the other way and one of the screws holes was blocked with something so when i installing the door I stripped the screw and I had to rethread the screw.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The top of this dryer is slanted at a significant angle, things you normally would sit on top (like a box of dryer sheets) slide off onto the floor due to vibration. The dryness setting needs to be turned up all the way to get clothes dry - I had my dryer vent pipe professionally cleaned the day before the installation, so that isn't the problem. I selected and bought this from BB ONLY because the orange and blue places could not deliver fast enough. The installers were not much help either, they did not have the right fittings for the gas pipe, so I had to make multiple hardware store trips. They didn't ask if they could reverse the door, so I had to do it. They said there would be a satisfaction survey call, it never happened. I miss my LG dryer!!! (It failed due to my clogged vent pipe)

Putting in liquid soap is almost impossible as "drawer" doesn't come out far enough...also seems, depending on which cycle is chosen, it takes too long to do a wash.

Large capacity for larger loads, with a large family we can knock out all of the laundry easily. Easy to set up, recommend the gas version of the set if you can.
