It’s been more than a month and this issue still hasn’t been resolved. It started off when after having the washer and dryer delivered it started acting up. We put it in cold wash and it would start steaming it would take 2hrs in the dryer and it ended up messing up my wife’s clothes. We requested a return within the first week of purchase. To which after numerous hang ups from the customer service we technically got a return pickup. I say technically because we were scheduled for a pickup my wife took the day off work, and they never showed up. So I called and they tell me there was never an appointment made. We have another reschedule pickup date. Have someone come and pick up everything and leave. We think that’s the end of that, go elsewhere buy a new washer and dryer and turns out when checking the account there’s still a $300 balance in the account. I call to ask what it’s about I get transferred to 4 people within a 2 hour wait span and nobody solves my problem. It’s been a month at this point, damaged clothes, missed work days countless hours on the phone and the problem still hasn’t been resolved. This has been by far the worse customer service ever.
