    This is the worst dryer ever. We have spent more in repairs since we purchased it in Jan. 2022 than the cost of the dryer new. Stay away!

    It's a LEMON. I have had the official Samsung Repair guy here at least 4 times. They have replaced so many parts -- I almost have a new machine . . . except it still does not work.

    Stay AWAY from this dryer! I had mine installed on March 9, 2021 and on April 5, 2021 it stopped working. The dryer would NOT heat up, would spin and blow air but would not heat up. Technician showed up 5 days later and it worked when he was there. Told me there was nothing wrong with the dryer. The very next day it would not heat up again!

    Trash. Go with an actual reputable appliance brand. I was warned about issues with Samsung washers and dryers and I learned my lesson. From the get-go the dryer was broken. Needed an expensive repair and I returned it.

    Leaks gas. Best Buy won't even return calls to fix. Even Executive Offices won't return numerous calls after promising call backs in two hours. These guys are joke. Don't use them. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

    DELIVERED WITH WRONG PARTS TO INSTALL THE DRYER. THE DOOR NEEDS TO BE SET WHERE I CAN OPEN FROM THE LEFT SIDE. IT IS NOT CONVENIENT THE WAY IT IS RIGHT NOW. IT WOULD BE NICE IF SOMEONE COULD COME HERE AND CHANBE THE DOOR. I ALSO THINK THAT THE DRYER IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

    Takes hours to dry the load!

    Except the fact that this is big 7.4 cu ft Gas dryer, It takes almost 2 hours to dry even half the load. I am totally disappointed . I totally repent this buy.

    Does not dry well. Leaves clothes wet or damp. When adding more time it stops before times its finish eg. I Add 40 more mins of drying time and it turns off within 2 mins after pressing the start bottom.
