The best dryer I've ever purchased. I would definitely recommend.

Have not even used it yet. Still in storage for a new home.

Had it a little over a year. And it seems it looses its heating potential. Sometimes dries the clothes real quick but sometimes it would take hours for it to completely dry.

Purchased on a Friday, Install was scheduled for the following Tuesday. Installers arrived without the LP conversion kit so only the washer was installed. I was told I would be contacted when it arrived and install would be scheduled. After several days with nothing I called to find they insisted it was completed while my dryer sits in my garage. When they finally believed me they scheduled a new installation time so I have to take off work AGAIN to accommodate them. Also after long hold times and several calls they have the most static filled phone lines adding to the annoyance factor.

Leaked gas inside drum, have called bestbuy for replacement, hopefully dont have to return replacement

I got this for 600, very cheap. Nice design and user friendly

This is a good dryer but I had to return it as I forgot to allow for additional height. When moving from front loader to top loader, you have to measure to make sure you have enough room

after several owning this gas dryer 2 months I realize it was a huge mistake to go with a gas model, we should've stayed with an electric model, now I can't return it or exchange it for an electric model because of the 30 day return window, Geek Squad came out and said that nothing was wrong with it because the temperature was fine....so why are our clothes damp after a 2 hr cycle????

We purchased a Samsung dryer in March 2021 and in June 2022, the control board was already defective, and had to be replaced. This is about the worst product I have bought in my lifetime. Samsung claimed that it manufactured the dryer in 2018. Please stay away from Samsung dryers

They sent me all the wrong fittings and I overpaid for it. I went to Lowe's and they told me that the mistake is from the company, the equipment they sent me does not fit either the machine or the plumbing in my house. That lack of respect and disregard for the consumer

When I brought the dry. Noone tells me I need to buy the kit and steam. So, steam never work. And I don't know what kind of kit I need to buy. Best buy sale personal need for major training. I need to go online to search. Hope I can find what I need.

I have the most terrible experience with Geeksquad and the third company you hire which is RR Appliance Services, INC what a waste of money buying the extended warranty on my dryer.

Worst purchase ever! Clorhes are never dry at the end of a cycle regardless of settings used. Also, not compatible with Samsung smart app. DO NOT BUY!

Dryer made a loud noise then completely shut down. This is one instance where I wish I would have listened to the reviews.

Very poor product from Samsung. I am a loyal Samsung user but it was very disappointing when I had to return the same model for the same manufacturing fault.

Took me 2 hours to wash then 2 hours to dry and they still came out wet

I purchased a new washer and dryer on 5/30/17 and I used the dryer for the first time 6/2/17 and it DID NOT HEAT UP. I am disappointed - I need my money back or I need a NEW DRYER. I ran multiple different cycles and even tried the high heat. The dryer was COLD and no heat. I saw that many Samsung dryers have this issue and many blogs mention that they might have a fuse or sensor that is NOT working. From chatting to customer service at SAMSUNG I realized there are no solutions that actually help me. Apparently I will get a service call (I have an open ticket for service) and they will call to schedule service and then who knows how many days this will take! I do not WANT A REPAIRED DRYER. I want a NEW WORKING DRYER. I want to be able to send this one back and get a new one tomorrow. Who will pay me for the days I cannot use it? I paid a lot of money for this dryer (close to $1000) and it is not MY FAULT so I should not have to wait to get a working dryer while Samsung has MY MONEY. Very disappointed! Thanks Gabriela
