Wrinkled suit, no problem! Small kids load, piece of cake! The 1 and only misconception was the Wi-Fi feature ( which would be super useful for multi-story households,such as ours) except there is another piece of equipment that no one seems to know how to not only keep connected wirelesly but also must be purchased separately, unbeknownst.

After having venting and hook ups checked, we gave up on the dryer only to have the same issue with this one. Back to the attic!! This dryer is beautiful, but the top is sloped and that is where I fold wash. Tricky. Plus the controls are on the folding surface. Next time, flat with controls on the face.
