    Dryer sucks

    The machine delivered didn't work. Best buy took away the old dryer without testing the new one. New one didn't work. Now I am without a working dryer for at least a week, if not more.

    I do not know if I am doing something wrong, but no matter what cycle I use, my clothes come out wrinkled. Even if I pull them out right away. You also can not adjust the temperature on any setting except the timed cycle. The other cycles the clothes never dry completely, with the time cycle you are playing a game, to figure out how long it takes to dry. I love every other Samsung product I have.

    It was a nice dryer when I ordered it but they sent us a gas dryer. Hard to use in an all electric house. Had to send it back.

    We bought the pair last year on Black Friday and well the dryer is rattling and it’s very annoying. We did our research before buying and we thought these would be perfect. Well we were wrong!!! We had our Maytag set for 20 years….but it was several years before we had any issues. This dryer is not even a year old!!!

    I am disappointed with the time frame for the deliver, my first date of deliver was schedule for about a month from the purchase now you don't have any inventory and I have to wait another two months before deliver. I think that you should give me some credit for my inconvienence. You are waiting for the payment, you have already charge my credit card for the purchases.

    BEST BUY IS HORRIBLE STAY AWAY

    Bought a washer and dryer from best buy and it was the worst buying experience ever. The product first off is marked brand new (not so) the dryer was defective and after they delivered it they had to send a third party to install it which took almost another 2 weeks and by that time the 14 days is up to return the broken used dryer they passed off on me. I had to get samsung involved so they are coming out to fix it thank God. Instead of best buy starting the 14 days after it was installed they started the 14 days after the delivery. How would I know if the dryer worked if I still had to wait to get it installed 2 weeks later. I will never buy from best buy ever!!!

    Very loud washer with terrible customer support

    We purchased the washer in June of 20' and since day 1 it has made a grinding noise. Still working with Samsung to fix it January 21'. They ordered some parts and now they are saying that it is normal and Samsung washer are just loud and are not installing the parts they ordered. Very dissatisfied with the washer and Samsung in general. I would not recommend this washer. If you do buy it make sure you buy a step ladder to reach the bottom unless you are 7' tall. My wife is 5' 3" and can't reach. I am 5' 7" and struggle to reach the bottom.

    We’ve had this dryer for under a month and it has been a huge disappointment. All we read were reviews about how well this dryer performs, but have not found that to be the case. Ensured exhaust was clean, settings were correct, and quantity was appropriate. Takes three hours to dry pretty much any load we put in there. Want to return this dryer and just use our old one.. waste of $900.

    Worst dryer

    This dryer DOES NOT DRY. We put the highest setting with a normal load of wash and we constantly have to run it 2-3x. Current load is 2 towels and kids laundry at the max-time and hear and still needs to run again. My worst dryer yet.

    Only bought because i bought the matching washer...takes too long to dry and even then clothes aren’t all the way dry

    They dryer sucks, doesn’t dry the clothes completely. They dryer Shuts off automatically when it thinks the clothes are dried. When in reality it still damp. I will never buy from Best Buy again due to their 15 day return policy, I thought it was 60 day like every other store. A waste of my money.

    This dryer is terrible, it does not dry. It could take 4 cycles to dry a small load of clothes. It also cuts off mid cycle at times. Worst purchase ever!
