What caught my attention was the large load capacity but what good is that if I have to keep setting the dryer. Not good on gas bill either. Purchased the washer /dryer set. Not impressed.

It's easier to do laundry if the dryer works correctly.
If your dryer is heating, but the clothes are still damp, your vent is probably blocked.

Samsung also would not do anything to help, credit or fix the problem. We will never purcashe another Samsung product.

Longest drying time ever

Two years...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was all it lasted before needing major repairs. The heater went out and now its almost $400 to fix. We bought it at Best Buy in May of 2018. Sorry would never buy Samsung appliances again. Spent WAY too much money for a dryer to last only 2 years. Don't say you weren't warned. Wonder how long the people who wrote great reviews had owned their machine at the time they wrote them? We loved ours too... for two years. Now? Not so much. At the very least get the 5 year extended warranty. After checking on line, seems may people wished they had.
