    Horrible, Zero stars!! Stopped heating and drying my clothes after a week of use. Decided to upgrade(downgraded) my 10 year old dryer and now I’m waiting on two weeks service repair warranty from Samsung. NEVER AGAIN!!!

    Extended Backorder Time

    When I ordered this dryer it said that it would be delivered and installed at my house in about 2 weeks. A week after ordering it, Best Buy reached out and said the item was on backorder and that it would be an additional minimum of 6 weeks to get the dryer. I ended up having to purchase a different dryer due to the wait.

    So far this is a dud. Just purchased yesterday w/dryer as well. salesperson verified product availability in the warehouse & scheduled my delivery. Less than 24 hours later, delivery has been bumped back twice! To a delay of more than 5 weeks. Unacceptable. Do not recommend.

    Dryer stopped heating within 3 weeks. Replacement dryer due tomorrow. Hopefully Quality Control on the replacement will have been better.

    Delivered twice damaged three to four weeks apart. Best Buy only took off $200 for two days of work missed and delivered a bad product.

    The Samsung washer and dryer sets are great for any home. I love mine so much i purchased another set for my son when he moved into his first new home. Best Buy's Geek Squad made the installation process seamless.

    Just bought this dryer in the last month and so far it's working perfectly. Its easy to use, and I like that it has the option for heavy duty to fully dry the giant loads of laundry my wife does.
