    I bought this dryer a year ago and had no issues then suddenly we stopped a cycle opened the door, put an additional shirt and pair of pints in it and then turned it back on. Then when we hit the start button….nothing. I called Best Buy…the warranty ran out 4 weeks ago and they refused to trouble shoot or help me without paying $130 for. Tech to come and then I would find out how much it would cost for labor and parts. I’m still paying on this thing and it’s basically brand new! How can a large appliance item like this only be covered for a year? This will be my last Samsung purchase…junk appliance with lousy customer service

    Bad purchase from Best Buy!! Pretty dryer though!!

    I’m not really happy with this purchase! This dryer makes a squeaky noise. I already have had it replaced once. This is ridiculous! Makes me regret buying and definitely not getting the the 3-5 year warranty! I’ve never had a problem with a washer and dryer like this before! My washer and dryer’s in the past have lasted for years!! This one has literally had problems immediately!! I’m very disappointed!!

    I had been delayed. I do no feel communication about the delay has been acceptable. I had to call to find out the latest information. No idea if this is a good dryer. May update if I get it.

    Can’t review it . They came in to install and said faucet wasn’t working not sure if it’s true or not plumber will come in and tell for truth

    Good dryer. This is our second in about 3 1/2 year because the main board died off n the first. We do notice on heavy items it takes time.

    Great product, HORRIBLE delivery and customer service! Cancelled delivery 3 times. No call, no show. Had to miss 4 days of work. Had to pay a laundry service due to this. Paid for installation that we ended up doing ourselves. Buy this product, just not from here.

    Worst dryer ever

    Worst dryer I have ever used. After Every use, the manufacturer requires you to remove the lint filter then you are to use a brush to clean the area where the lint filter was removed and also vacuum that area. This must be done every time the dryer is used.

    When is my dryer coming?

    I do not know how to rate this product as I have not received it yet. I specifically asked the salesperson if it would be delivered on the date scheduled and he informed me that it would be. I am now getting messages about it being delayed and nobody seems to know when it will arrive.

    Horrible, Zero stars!! Stopped heating and drying my clothes after a week of use. Decided to upgrade(downgraded) my 10 year old dryer and now I’m waiting on two weeks service repair warranty from Samsung. NEVER AGAIN!!!

    Extended Backorder Time

    When I ordered this dryer it said that it would be delivered and installed at my house in about 2 weeks. A week after ordering it, Best Buy reached out and said the item was on backorder and that it would be an additional minimum of 6 weeks to get the dryer. I ended up having to purchase a different dryer due to the wait.

    So far this is a dud. Just purchased yesterday w/dryer as well. salesperson verified product availability in the warehouse & scheduled my delivery. Less than 24 hours later, delivery has been bumped back twice! To a delay of more than 5 weeks. Unacceptable. Do not recommend.
