So far this dryer has been performing well. The steam feature is a bonus. The large capacity drum dries well and the app, which works with Alexa and Google, allows you to monitor and control the dryer.

A great machine !! Quiet and efficient. Capacity (7.4cf) holds a lot of clothes. Steam option works great. Control panel is very user friendly. Was looking into the new LG product line, but the controls were to confusing. Only drawback that I don’t like is the “ECO DRY” option. This pops up on the Normal and Time dry cycles. It cuts back on the heat, but extends the time. I shut it off and everything works the way it should. I highly recommend this dryer.

The steam feature has worked wonders in limiting my need to iron to knock out a few wrinkles. I also like the fact the lint collector. It appears that it is collecting more lint. The capacity is huge I was able to COMPLETELY dry my entire kings size linen (sheets, comforter, pillow cases) in one cycle.

Love this Dryer! I’m a Samsung fan and upgraded from another Samsung washer and dryer, and it did not disappoint. It’s beautiful on the outside and large enough to accommodate my large loads on the inside. Don’t second guess yourself when considering this product. Just buy the dryer! You’ll be happy you did.

Appearance wise, it's beautiful. I'm still on the learning curve regarding all the functionality. The very deep tub is great especially when I'm thinking of washing bulky comforters, etc.

Color and trim actually look good in the house. The slanted top is not favorable, however the slanted top prevents clutter. After operating for about a week, my wife and I had to really evaluate and understand the manual. Took some time to understand the menu and operation because the cycle was cutting off. Overall after understanding the operation of the dryer, the dryer is great and my wife has had no complaints after the first week. A great thing!

Product seems very nice. Looks and function. More importantly the Best Buy staff (sales , customer service , delivery crew) were great. We had a little oops with delivery date (things happen) what we look for is the action taken to correct it which the staff at Best Buy made it right - perfect !
