THE COLOR MATCHES UP TO MY LG SMART WASHER THAT I CANNOT GET THE MATCHING DRYER FOR ANYMORE. THIS DRYER GET THE CLOTHES DRIED QUICKLY, NO MATTER WHAT SETTING YOU PUT IT ON. IT HAS A QUIET OPERATION. I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Iv had this dryer for about 11 months and it’s great honestly drys perfectly and haven’t had any issues with it.

Very large machine on the inside but smaller than some on the outside. Very easy to use with MANY great options for whatever type of drying you may need. Good looking machine as well, I love it.

Pros: cut my drying time with large loads in comparison to my previous LG dryer. Size not bulky more room to walk around. Cons: you have to PUSH the buttons to start, light in dryer does not stay on entire time door is open, top of dryer is angled… can’t place items on top without falling.

II absolutely love my new Samsung dryer! It’s fast, efficient, and dries clothes perfectly without overdrying. Upgrading from an old hand me down! Love the black color option, very quiet, large, plays a cute song when its done, easy to clean lint trap, lots of different settings if you're in to that i just dry everything on quick dry lol

We recently added this dryer to our laundry setup, and it has been a great choice. The first thing we noticed is how efficient it is. Clothes dry quickly and evenly, which makes laundry day so much smoother. We know that a gas option might be a little better for efficiency, but this electric dryer has still impressed us with how well it works. One of the features we really like is the Steam Sanitize+. It keeps our clothes fresh and helps cut down on wrinkles, which saves us time when folding. The smart features are also easy to use and make the whole process simple and convenient. Overall, we are very happy with this dryer. It gets the job done well, saves us time, and makes laundry a lot less stressful.

I replaced an older Samsung dryer with this newer model. Set up was pretty easy and it works immediately after getting plugged in. It can handle all of my gym, clothes and towels that need to get dried.

The Samsung Dryer has all the features that anyone would need to use to successfully dry all different types of clothes. The dryer has a light which many current dryers don’t have anymore. It is very quiet and alerts you when the cycle is complete. I would highly suggest you consider this dryer.

This specific dryer has a very large capacity and has more than enough settings to meet the needs of my family and most likely yours. I cannot speak to the bonus downloadable options that can be potentially programmed, but I personally don’t necessarily think they are needed. I typically do press the “wrinkle prevent” option as this keeps my clothes less wrinkled, as I am not often able to immediately grab my clothes out of the dryer when it’s done. I do like the “time dry” option as you can set your best estimate of dryness/wetness (5 options) as well as temperature (5 options) and time from 20 to 60 minutes (5 options in 10 minute increments) as you see fit. *Now the reason I didn’t give this specific dryer five stars is simply because of the lint trap or shall I say the lack of quality of the lint trap. The lint trap is flimsy and can be difficult to clean. It also has a cheap plastic flap that also makes it more difficult to clean. While this may be petty, just go into a physical store and see if the lint trap quality/build bothers you, because to me it’s not a dealbreaker, but more so annoying to clean every time. FYI, I saved $170 by switching the dryer door myself (expensive install option), which I would recommend doing on your own. The door itself does seem to be pretty cheaply made and be careful not to strip out the screws as they are cheaply made.

Love the Samsung products and Color is great and it doesn't take a lot of space

The dryer is one of the best purchases I’ve made for my home so far. It holds SO MUCH LAUNDRY! In a family of 6 it allows for fast and efficient laundry days, which is sooo nice when I can cut down my laundry time in HALF of what it was before. The steam function is so convenient for a quick ironing solution.

This dryer is AWESOME overall. I love and often use the sanitize and steam options. It’s great that it rids clothes of allergens and bedding of mites. WOWA!!! Aside from the wide variety of specific settings, you can also select a time for drying or wrinkle free options. I love receiving text messages when the cycle is done so I can promptly remove clothes. When installing it, you’ll need to buy a water hose for the steam function. It’s very inexpensive. Best Buy sells the hose that includes (but does not clearly mention) a dual-head faucet attachment that your delivery personnel will install for you. You do not need to contact a plumber to install one ahead of time. Best Buy delivery personnel will connect the dual head faucet and hose for you. (The other water faucet head is for a hose that is connected to your clothes washer.) Samsung’s dryer manual is very detailed and helpful! The dryer dries all clothes well, except in 2 instances. First, when I dry clothes with fitted sheets (which is not recommended, by the way) clothes that become twisted and stuck in fitted sheets remain wet. So, it’s best to dry other clothes separately from fitted sheets, or just be prepared for a few items not being dried. I think this happens with all clothes dryers. So, this is not really a distinguishing fault. It’s just what happens with dryers & I’m just sharing when my clothes haven’t fully dried to help others have the most realistic expectations. The second instance when clothes are not fully dried is with large bulky bed comforters. Like with fitted sheets, this is a challenge for all dryers. Samsung’s dryer manual is very helpful here. Nevertheless, I’ve needed to re-fold comforters to place the most damp spots towards the exterior of the folds and re-dry on a timed setting for the most complete drying outcome. Getting back to things I love about this dryer, I love that you can turn on the light inside and watch your clothes as they toss about while drying. The color and design of the dryer are GORGEOUS! The instrument panel is super easy to use & makes delightful gentle ringing sounds. It provides a drying time estimate that is either 100% accurate or in actuality takes less time than initially posted on the panel. I think the time variation to less time occurs as a result of less than anticipated load moisture. But, it’s great that the panel time under sells but over delivers in time commitments. The only negative about the dryer has nothing to do with the dryer itself, it is with Best Buy’s contract company delivery service and it’s lack of communication with Best Buy personnel. For accurate expectations, my experience was that I was promised delivery less than a week after ordering, but it took over 2 weeks for it to arrive. Best Buy personnel had no way to track it or find out any details about the delivery on the day of arrival. We spoke with multiple Best Buy personnel including supervisors after waiting on hold multiple times. What we learned is that Best Buy uses contract company deliverers. We lost a whole day awaiting delivery, losing a day of work, making multiple phone calls to Best Buy and multiple possible local delivery companies, receiving conflicting explanations as to why the dryer was not delivered as promised. We still don’t know what really happened. But the dryer was delivered over 2 weeks after it was originally ordered. So, bear in mind, for realistic expectations, that Best Buy’s capacity to communicate with its contract deliverers is abysmal. If they don’t deliver as promised, don’t waste your time trying to ascertain why. Just call Best Buy or go online and reschedule delivery. Time is precious. Acknowledge limitations. Just prepare yourself mentally in advance. Would I buy this dryer again with Best Buy? Yes, I would. The dryer is AWESOME - the BEST dryer I’ve ever had. I LOVE IT! And Best Buy is a good company that stands behind its products. I still shop at Best Buy & their GEEK squad, because official Best Buy company (not contract) delivery & installations, are unsurpassed.

This dryer does a wonderful job drying the clothes and the steam sanitize functions is great for removing wrinkles and freshening up a shirt that has been in the closet for a while. The noise level is low and the controls are easy to use. the capacity is enormous which allows for a king size comforter to easily fit. The lint trap is easy to clean. the overall appearance is good.

Had the dryer for about a month and a half and it works great. It’s pretty quit compared to your traditional dryer and easy to clean. Setting it up was fairly easy (if you know what you’re doing). Dryer is a scratch magnet so maybe putting wax or a shine to protect it would be nice.

Works well. Hope it lasts. No issues so far had for about a month.
