    Have had less than a year, heating element went out twice, customer service is horrible to deal with! Its under warranty still but they have no one close that works on Samsungs therefore I had to wait for another call multiple days, stating that they would have to give a refund or replacement and it could take up to 8 weeks. 8 WEEKS without a dryer is crazy and inexcusable. I would never buy this product again!

    Overall it's a good dryer. I have noticed that if you use a pre-set setting sometimes clothes don't end up as dry as they should. I was informed by customer service that it's a common issue due to the dryer sensors location. I just have to shudder the clothes most of the time and it's fine the second go.

    First Samsung Appliance - Extremely Impressed!

    This is my first Samsung appliance, and I have to say that I’m very impressed. The 7.4 cu. ft. capacity is perfect for our household, and it handles large loads with ease. Clothes come out evenly dried, soft, and fresh every time. The Steam Sanitize feature is a standout. It gives added peace of mind, especially for towels and bedding. The dryer runs quietly, looks sleek in black, and feels very well built. The controls are intuitive and easy to use. Overall, this has been an awesome purchase. If this is your first Samsung like it was for me, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend!

    I bought an open box that was in excellent condition but it sadly did not work :( I was looking forward to using it and now have to get another one that I don’t like as much

    Broke Down after 14 Months

    Was good for 14 months and then broke down. Drum keeps spinning even after power is shut off. Definitely expect more from a $850 dryer.

    Crappy SERVICE

    It wasn’t hooked up properly. It’s nothing and I can’t seem to get someone over here to fix it. I can’t use the steam because they didn’t hook it to my washer in order to have steam you need water.
