    Worst dryer I’ve owned

    I either don’t know how to use this thing or it’s the worst dryer I’ve ever owned. Use any setting on the left and the dryer always quits way to soon and the close are still wet. Use the settings on the right and similar results. Only success is to use “times dry” with a max one 1 hour and then I have to add another 30 minutes and then normally they will be dry but not always. Like this right after delivery. Is this dryer really this terrible? Not efficient at all.

    New Dryers are Subpar

    I really miss my dryer of 25 years. This doesn't dry clothes fully. I have to always run it at least twice. I also hate the cool down function. I adored taking my clothes out hot. This dryer doesn't allow it. I thought these new expensive appliances would be better. They can NOT hold a candle to the GE and Whirlpools of yester year.

    Worked great except for its auto sensing dry feature always left clothes damp. And now less than 2 years after purchase it’s giving me a heating core error. That sucks when these things cost so much these days.

    Breakdown Repair delays

    Washer completely died after only using it for 10 loads and the lid was locked and I couldn’t get my wet towels out. Dealing with the delays of getting the repair has been very frustrating. Has been 20 days since placing the repair request order and the repair technician is finally coming today. Hopefully I will be able to wash my clothes in my own home after today rather than lugging everything to and from another house to get them done!

    Works wonderfully as all my Samsung products do. Being Wi-Fi connected saves my walking time from going back and forth from the laundry room to check to see if the laundry is dry or not. It usually dries in less time than it states so it saves on electricity also. Great products!

    Not so good!!! Bought the dryer 11 months ago and had nothing but problems. Around 8 months ago the dryer would keep tumbling when you closed the door even if it was off and I had to unplug it. Called the service tech and they told me no one where I lived could service it. They told that they had a repairman that would come from out of town and fix it. Never heard from anyone and kept trying to call back and all i got was the run around. I plugged the dryer in snd it worked for a while and then do the same thing all over again!!! Very disappointed :(

    Hate dryer and washer

    I don’t like the feature of sensing when my clothes are dry. If I don’t use the app for time dry my clothes won’t completely dry. I had to learn the hard way, leaving my clothes in the dryer overnight only to find out that they gotten mildewed

    This dryer is the absolute worst. I got my first unit and the drying times were outrageous, 3 hours for a load of towels, 2 hours for clothing. Best Buy exchanged the unit for another, same result. Buy anything else this dryer is terrible.

    Terrible installers especially if you get the stea

    The installation people had no idea what they were doing and couldn’t install it. I waited 2 whole days for them to come. The worst service people who told me that after I paid for installation I should call a plumber. Returning it!

    Do Not Waste Your Money and Time

    This dryer doesn’t dry properly. It has a sensor dry and stops drying when its senses your clothes are dry. But don’t be fooled. If you put a quilt in there and it gets wrapped up in a ball it’ll stop drying and when you take it out and unroll it it’s still wet and you have to constant keep untangling it and starting drying over again. Not to mention the the terrible dryer sound everytime the load finishes.
